Hi, my name is Karen M. Dabney and I have Sickle-Cell Anemia and I also have three wonderful children. I am on disability and my fiance is unemployed. My SSI check has come and gone. Although I paid $180.00 I still owe $550.00. I definitely need help. please help me!
